Thought it had to be deliberate? Liverpool players tackled the ball (deliberately playing it) and then fabinho deliberately played it a 2nd time. And yet it was given as offside. Have to wonder why that element wasn't reviewed for at least 2 mins once they'd decided Kane had been fouled.
