Well it's not like we said "we don't need Zouma" and then we signed Gofrey as we didn't sign anyone that Summer. We needed a new CB but Zouma? Never seen the fuss with him. You might rate him but I think he's very average. Surprised you like him whilst hating our Bayern friend who is very similar.

Upamecano growing into what Zouma is now would make a lot of sense actually.

I think Godfrey is a decent prospect. I'd like to see him get a solid run at CB with Mina and a proper right-back but not sure I'll ever get that.

I didn't say Godfrey and Zouma weren't similar stylistically anyway. Athletes more than defenders.
