One frame the tiny part of Leicester ankle makes it onside, the next he is clearly off, but impossible to tell when the ball was released. It certainly didn't look like it had been released by the second frame which would have meant offside.
Var for offside should not overturn the on field decision (either way) if less than 6 inches.
