Can’t see them spending huge amounts. Coventry given their past financial issues will probably be reluctant to spend big. And Luton if they go up would be best spending the money the Premier League gives on their infrastructure. Their stadium is no way Premier League standard.

Sheffield United, maybe they might spend like Forrest but they will still be in the bottom. And likewise if Forrest stay up they will be down there as well. Added you have Toney banned till January, that’s makes Brentford average.

Sheff United are up for sale also. So see where that goes.

Luton said they'd spend £10mill on the stadium to comply with the league. It's ready to go if they go up.

Cov are still in a mess.

Great that the Championship final is between two fresh teams rather than a yo-yo side. Coventry have been to hell and back off the pitch since leaving the Prem in 2001 while Luton went down to the low ebbs of the National League for years before bouncing back through the leagues with them now 90 mins away from playing at the very top for the first time since 1992 and the last pre Premier League season

Remember Coventry and Luton in the Premier League all those years ago. Along with Oldham. Forrest in the league as well. Seems to be all going full circle as long as we stay up.

City from the start were penetrating the Real goal from the get go, it was only a matter of time that they would score and then go from there.

Totally slaughtered them, i would love us to be doing that week in week out. They simply take teams apart like a surgeon.

The idea that one type of spending way more than everyone else is fair and another isn't will never be anything but mystifying to me

In the Premier League it's totally OK for an oligarch or nation-state to pillage and plunder and kill its own people, but as soon as they pillage and plunder and kill some other country's people we have to get them out of the game

Pep on the verge of being found out

City play amazing football under Pep, undeniable. Equally the petrol state club is vile. Both things can be true at same time
