It was a bit weird that he pointed at where on his arm it hit him in some bizarre attempt to convince the ref it wasn't a penalty.

Yeah i believe players have been caught doing this before and whilst there is no specific mention of it in the laws its generally accepted to fall under "Unsporting behavior" :

From law 1 : the field of play "A player who makes unauthorised marks on the field of play must be cautioned for unsporting behaviour".

Why? Everton are NWL are guaranteed points for them, and we haven’t got a great record at Goodison against them.

I haven't watched the majority of the game, yet from what I've seen Spurs look far from exerting themselves - lots of slow build up and ambling on the ball.

Feel a bit for Richy, this will be hurting him, one thing you can't say is he lacks passion or doesn't care. I find it strange he's not been given a longer run to bed in, instead they sign Danjuma. Such a weird club they think they can outscore their way to the top. Their midfield and defence is pretty bog standard.
