I'm just telling you if the consistency brings a ton of penalties people will complain about that too.

It already happened before.

It was ridiculous at one stage though. Pens were being given when the arms where by the players side and the ball travelled from about 2 feet away.

Letter of the law states that earlier handball was in fact a penalty, but we all know 8-9/10 times it isn’t given.

He gets more wrong than right. Silva should be booked, Casemiro should be booked, wan Bissaka should not be. Shouldn’t have been a pen. Tierney is just awful at his job.
