Probably a bit of both. Moyes will always be Moyes and the PL is overrated.

Also, considering before the match Fiortentinas manager said they’d basically just be fouling to prevent west ham breaks, this ref needs to start thinking about carding the obvious intentional fouls. Didn’t even need to do it there

Thought it was funny today Harry Redknapp saying he expected West Ham to win as Fiorentina are just a mid table club.....erm I think West Ham didn't exactly do too well in the league old timer.

Pathetic behaviour from the Wham fans tonight. Your biggest game in decades, you're lucky enough to get a ticket in a stadium that holds nowhere near enough to satisfy a fraction of the demand, and with the match at 0-0 you think it's a good idea to rain beer glasses over opposition players.

They'll say its a minority but there were a hell of a lot of things thrown there tonight, hope they catch them and give them a long ban.

I’d say ban West Ham from European competition but they’ll take care of that themselves.

Hence the over rating of the PL. Yes the top 2 or 3 can win the euro cup but the rest are just run of the mill clubs. Might be the best league in europe due to the top couple of clubs but the rest are just mediocre clubs
