It's not a sprint, the club need proper foundations, they're not going for short term success, the owners are long term patient investors. Every single facet of the club needs sorting from the ground up, from Legal/Commercial department, Sports Science, Research and Development, Game Analysis, Scouting, Academy, Medical, new training complex, Development Squad, Women's team, etc etc. It will take a decade at least before we ae truly competitive, but the aim is to stay there once at that level. It's about small steps now, and that is what we're doing. A top ten finish this season would be success.
