Villa fans wanting Gerrard gone already. Apparently he's not a hands on coach, that was his previous assistant. He's had a go at Traore, Sanson and now Mings.

I cant see a comeback for Mings from that, its embarassing. Gerrard doing a Benitez

Maybe nows a good time to play them ? If there is mutiny in the ranks they may have downed tools already for him.

I think he’ll be fired this season (or strop off before it happens). You can’t spend that much money and be as bad as they are for too long. The owners will be wanting europe this season, not Gerrard’s list of excuses.

Gerrard is clearly out of his depth in the Premier League, the punt on him is undoubtedly not going to pay off for the club, they would be better planning to end his tenure sooner rather than later.

Apparently they paid about £1.5m to take Critchley from Blackpool. Maybe to cover Gerrards failings
