Because when England played the good teams in League A they kept losing and are now relegated in League B with the weaker ones.

Basically Leicester in the Championship a year back - just stomp everyone in there, to get stomped in the Prem.

If anything this disproves your fairness system - England got relegated by being crap.

I'd prefer if it was random and anyone could get anyone. RS got to final in 07, only because they played a bunch of pub sides and got favourable draws. RS played a load of crap in this year's champions league got knocked out by PSG, England are no different play against a load of crap, then lose when they play somebody decent.
