We'll have to agree to disagree. I'm sick of players doing this. It's like Gordon cheating for those 2 penalties earlier in the season, where the defender is about to clear it and he put his leg in front of the leg of the defender so he kicked Gordon instead of the ball. That's a foul by Gordon because he's obstructed the defender and made no attempt to play the ball, but they gave him 2 penalties.

At first I didn't think it was a pen either.

Then I figured stupid challenge.

My main point though is VAR getting involved.

Let refs, ref unless it's "clear and obvious" - for me, that would be if there was no contact.

The ref should never have given it because it was obvious in real time what happened. I wouldn't have been surprised if they hadn't overturned it but I was glad they did.

palace game with fulham was worth the watch. this bar about 20 minutes has been two boa constrictors trying to throttle each other in a boring stalemate.

It wasn't a penalty but it was a silly act from Mitoma, one of those that you see where the attacker is halted but it's not a penalty.
