I have him as the best player period. Best player for the most dominant team basically for the entire stretch of domination. He scored huge goals in huge moments. Changed games with raw ability. The best in this era no qualifiers necessary for me.

I tend to agree although I would think Thierry Henry might have a shout there too

Well done Aldershot! My local team when I was first old enough to go to Football. 1 October 1966, Aldershot 4 Rochdale 0 was my first game. The original club went bust in 1992 and the phoenix club, currently a bit of a yoyo club but today reached Wembley for the first time with an FA Trophy SF win over local rivals Woking. Play in the Red’n’Blue as well

Luton getting a point against Leeds keeps it interesting at the top and bottom of the Championship.

I was between the radio and TV for Everton v Arse, and when it said "Luton have taken the lead" on Talkshyt my head just snapped up automatically and my heart missed a beat.

I then had to give myself a mental slap and remember they're not even in the Prem...

Learned behavior from early 2024 when we were 13 without a win and supporting anyone playing Lutonona. This is what those blastrads have done to me.
