Ive already said hand them the PL title. The refs are going to end up throwing the ball in the net for them at this rate.

But no one is seriously arguing now that an English League title with the governance issues the PL has (holding an axe over certain clubs' heads) and expecting a level playing field with vast sums of cash 2 or so clubs have has not degraded the title; nor can anyone look at the EC/CL/Whatever that kin mess is now be seen as anything like the prestigious competition it was 10-20 years ago.

Football needs cleansing from top to bottom.

We could do with a new round of football hooliganism to clear the decks, tbh...obviously without the Kopite level of murder that goes with it.
