I was at a family function about a month ago, and my cousin's hubby is a kopite.
So just for sh.ts and giggles, I was singing a nusery rhyme:

Checked VAR and gave Liverpool a pen.'


He absoletly lost his temper at me!
I've never seen anyone fume like that before!
You'd swear that I had shagged his mar or something along those lines...

I genuinely don`t give them a second thought.

Probably same as most on here, I`ve got family members ( everyone on my mums side ) and loads of mates who are RS and they`re all sound.

Sure there`s banter, but it`s never nasty.

Granted, I don`t venture into the pub when they`ve got a game on, as it can be full of shirt wearing sooper fans, who`ve never been to a game in their lives, but I`m sure the likes of Man U / City / Chelsea / Arsenal etc have them too.

I really don`t get why people get so hung up on them, it`s baffling.

I have loads of mates that are RS too.
The trick was, I used COVID to sever ties with the real toxic ones, and I haven't spoken to them since, and my existance has become a million times better!

I still enjoy giving them slack in the kopite thread...
