Not really. Not yet, at least. He's done well against good sides, and embarrassed himself against the dross...us excepted. His test comes in the next tranche of 8 games where he plays 6 bottom-half sides...

Oh, I got a retro console with International Superstar Soccer Deluxe on it as a gift recently. Nothing since 1995 has ever touched it. FIFA my arse. But you're right. The game these days looks like a simulation. And it's joyless for all that.
 
Noticed in the match today though, the United keeper, every time he took a goal kick it ended up in touch. Not sure if that was a tactical thing (keeping the ball in the opposition half) or if it was just poor kicking….. I think it was just poor kicking though.
 
Watching the El Classico and It's weird how football matches in Saudi have decent atmosphere and passionate fans but when it comes to boxing it's like a library
