I don't give a flying what people say about Sherwood, he's my type of manager, no bull, and tells it straight, he's well on the way to keeping Villa safe, Respect!

Arsenal aren't improving, theyve done exactly what they did last season and the season before. They're consistent.

Everyone below them aren't and are poor so it makes them look good.

Just got back home (inlaws) after a meal after going to see Real Zaragoza play Sporting Gijon. Brutal match. I've never been to a 2nd tier match in England but from what I have seen on telly over the years it's much better than here in Spain.
Fair play to Gijon, they brought a good number of supporters to La Romareda and then played the last 25 minutes with 10 men and had glorious chances to win.
The refereeing was way worse than what we see in England.
Zaragoza's left-back got some real vociferous, er, criticism from a sizeable chunk of the crowd. He reminded me of a drunk Unsworth.
But all in all decent entertainment despite the lack of quality, made our match a couple of hours before seem a classic.

They've won 9 league games in a row and 13 out of the last 14. I would say that's improvement.

You live in Zaragoza? Ace place.

That Murray at palace - what an annoying nobhead he is.

Oh I know. First he comes on a free from your most despised rivals, then scores 30 championship goals to get Palace promoted, then comes back from cruciate knee surgery, trains hard, then doesn't get a game and gets sent on loan, never complains, scores hat fulls then comes back and scores six goals in six games. I don't know what Palace fans see in him me.

I know what I see: a snide.

He cant do anything on the pitch without winding up the opposition team or fans.

He looks like the epitome of a mediocre player having a decent run and forgetting just how pony he really is.

You gotta use the skills you were blessed with.
