Some internetz experts clearly know better than Löw who said he was indispensable and was proved right of course. It's also not a coincidence that we won the Fa Cup the season he arrived, we would have been dumped out by a good Everton side but for Ozil shredding the Everton backline. I have a gut feeling he would have more supporters on here if he hadn't done that
But anyway, we are at the exact same level as Everton at the moment. Everton have a better striker and better defensive midfielders. We are better in the AM and central defence departments and we are similar in our full backs. It will be an interesting race for fourth. Appalling performance by our central midfielders and strikers today.
Mate in no way shape or form are your full backs on a par with ours like, the rest is fair comment like, and overall we will be close to each other again with 5-6 games left - unless our defence plays as it has all season in which case were kinda screwed
Other than Mertesacker, Koscielny and Chambers (also used at Rb), do Arsenal have any other CBs? Very enjoyable mate. Thought we could've won it to be honest. Arsenal have no backbone at all. The important games against our relegation rivals are the big games now. Think we'll have a decent chance against United too

When did they do away with indirect free kicks?

They hadn't. In-direct free kicks still exist.
The ref puts his arm above his head and points in the direction of the team who won the foul with the other.

When was the last time you saw one in the penalty area......
They should be giving them for obstruction. When you see defenders throw their arms out to stop a striker from getting to the ball as it rolls out of play, you're supposed to give an indirect free kick.
