bony was the perfect choice.

Alexis Sanchez more like - Bony wouldnt fit in to that side* any more than Balotelli does, though admittedly they wouldnt have thrown him under a bus as quickly as they did Mario.

That said, if up front is genuinely where he wants to spend his money then he will be getting sacked this summer.

That is the worst lot of penalties I have ever seen, they looked like they couldn't give a toss. Hope they win the whole thing now and Klopp gets a decent send off.

alexis sanchez wasn't realistic though. he's one of the best players in the world - he's not going to go to a team who had a one-off season.

Southampton legend and Sky Sports pundit Matt Le Tissier will be honoured for his contribution to football – by Spanish club Athletic Bilbao.

Le Tissier will become the first recipient of their “One Club Man Award”, designed to honour those who have spent their entire career at one side (excluding Atletico).

The award will be presented at half time in Tuesday night’s Sky Live La Liga match with David Moyes’ Real Sociedad and Le Tissier is delighted to accept the accolade.

hibbert definitely has a chance then. gary neville will get it soon i reckon, wonder if they count people who have been loaned to other clubs #osman

and played 4 players onside including the goalscorer. i like balotelli, he's a nutcase and liability but he always had talent. at liverpool he just looks like he has absolutely nothing. he looks terrible.

Mario Balotelli touched the ball just once in 20 minutes before being taken off in the second half
