Stories like that Guam one always make me think that Oceania should get at least 1 guaranteed slot at the World Cup Finals. Some of the sides in there are probably on the same level as Guam are in their confederation

It would light a fire under the other teams in Oceania if they knew they could qualify straight for the Finals so long as they could win the qualifying

Maybe do it as two groups with the group winners advancing to play one another? Making it a one match situation means that there's a chance someone could upset New Zealand and makes the Final 32

As it stands right now, even if someone could manage to qualify above the All Whites, they'd be stuck playing someone from South America or Asia over two legs.

The winner of Oceania outright should get into the Final 32 teams IMO

I feel for Oceania though, I really do. It's inherently unfair
