if arsenal get a top striker, without a doubt they can win it.

then again, they could go

Ramsey Arteta
Chamberlain Ozil Cazorla
Sanchez

with giroud, padolski and walcott amongst others to provide goals off the bench. if they get khadeira in there ahead of arteta, that's a frightening line-up.

It is. They didn't fall away from the title race last season until just before Easter IIRC. If Ramsey had stayed fit, Walcott hadn't got injured....who knows.

They certainly stand a better chance than Liverpool.

Name a Liverpool player that would get into the Arsenal,Spurs,Chelsea,City side

I can only think of Sturridge at a push

They have spent 100m and look no stronger, Weird

Debuchy was a very good signing for arsenal as well, RB was a definite weak spot for them. Looked a little ring rusty yesterday so hopefully still the case next week.

Rumours that Lavezzi has refused to sign a new PSG contract, wasn't he linked with them at one point? Not seem enough of him yo know how good he is.

He's an improvement but he's nowhere near the level of say Aguero,RVP,Sanchez or Costa

He's scored 23 goals in 90 games for PSG, Considering who he plays for and the standard of the league I would say that's quite a poor return, He does get a lot of assists though (18 in two seasons)

He also turns 30 in 7 months

I still aspect Liverpool to panic and throw a shed load of money on a striker

I remain to be convinced by Costa. He had a great season last year, but his stats before that were not that impressive. Well, for a £35m striker that is. Maybe he has had a bad injury record, so happy to be put right by lads who actually know about these things.

He also looks a bit like one of the cops in CHIPS.

Well, would you rather him or Lukaku?

Dunno mate. Honestly. Not bigging up Rom, or dissing Costa, just interested to see if his season last year was a one off, or not. No idea how old he is either, but I do know we have a 21 year old on a 5 year deal.

a lot had not heard of costa (or taken note of him) until last season. chelsea do have a tendancy to buy expensive forwards who flop, so it will be interesting as you say. think he'll do okay tbh.

He was loaned out for 2 or 3 season by Atletico before finally nailing downn a place season before last as a foil for Falcao.

Not convinced by him myself.
