Lingaard made it easy for him by not doing the Slippy G stick-your-own-leg-out routine to buy a foul, and Simpson managed to resist the urge to just wipe him out, but yes that was a great decision.

Its a reactive elbow rather than a intention one, to me anyway looks like they are both as guilty.
