Espanyol won vs Sevilla today to reach safety (40 points). Next Sunday is Barcelona at the Nou Camp. Second to last weekend of the season with a huge opportunity to take the title from Barca (and give it to one of the Madrid teams). Would be absolutely fantastic! Imagine us beating Liverpool at Anfield to stop them from winning the league. It is as good as that.

See "Tamudazo" in 2007. An identical situation. Looking forward to it.

I'm not just saying it because they are 2-0, I said it months ago, but if I was to pick a manager we could get in this league to come here it would be Koeman, I just think he's a top manager, and he was a world class defender, so he'll make sure that part is sorted first.

He's won loads in Holland, doesn't matter what the leagues are like, he's got experience of managing players to win things.

I'd have him over Pellegrini for sure.

Ajax
Benfica
PSV
Valencia
AZ Alkmaar

His big money buys have been terrible. Marital is good but 60M? However its a market that we'll never be in. And he appears to be doing a good job developing the younger, less heralded guys. So I think he'd do alright here.

Right, I'm settled in.

Walsall v Fleetwood
Brighton v Derby
Burnley v QPR
& then the big one
Small team from Fulham vs Tottenham.
same for me,add a few more games,[never watch one game at a time, unless its the only one on],for me a Burnley win gets them up,[even if brighton beat derby]

Hoping Brighton do the business. Got loads of mates support them as they are the local professional side. Nice easy Spurs game for me to get to for a change.

Brighton and burnley will go up with middlesborough for the premier league next season. Be a tough play off though!!

Got a soft spot for Espanyol. Not overly sure why.

I've been fortunate enough to be given some complimentary tickets to Brighton this season, two players that if they don't get promoted I would love Everton to take a punt on. The centre back Lewis Dunk and also the Right Winger Knockaert. Especially Lewis Dunk he is quality, very solid defender and would make an excellent replacement for Jags in the long term.
