Doing things the right way as well, seemingly.Swansea are quite tidy aren't they?
Just highlights the overall depth of the League really
Very little cannon fodder in the Premiership

Also I'd say it's too early to say anything about cannon fodder as of yet, it's only 2 games in and everyone's up for it, if that makes sense...
Pretty much yeah. Right now everyone's up to get to 10-20 (depending on ambitions) point in as few games as possible, especially the likes of Bournemouth, Watford, etc...As in, when the pitches get heavier, summer morphs into damp cold autumn and teams start worrying more about every goal conceded, injuries and every player sent off.
It's exciting but meaningless till after the 1st 13 games, then the table takes shape.
Mitrovic came on last week for Newcastle, and within 3 second could/should have been sent off, just came on now, kicked off within seconds again, got a yellow but supposedly should have been a red, sounds like a bit of a hot head.
No I have known teams to be up there at the beginning of the season , and end up in a relegation battle - although Leicester have a better Manager this time around!
sans Sunderland..Doing things the right way as well, seemingly.

Me, my dad (Evertonians) and his friends (one Chelsea, one Tottingham, one Villa, one RS fan plus some more) did predictions for this year and we all had them as going down or barely avoiding relegation by the skin of their teeth.sans Sunderland..
he's had a poor start to my fantasy team - not going to lie.

Their time's coming imo.
