West Ham look absolute mince without Payet.

I find it very odd that he's not been anywhere near the squad. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he moved on this week.

I watched it live mate and they showed umpteen replays, he defo catches him just below the jaw

Got to be a straight 3 match ban then. Wonder if the FA will have the balls, or come out with some crap like there was no intent from Aguero, even though Aguero turns and looks where the lad is before throwing the elbow.

Does it still depend if the ref saw it or not? Or have they changed it so that even if the ref saw it and gave no pumishment then the panel can overide?

He's generally pretty sound (stopped a Goodison match to ensure one of our fans with an epileptic fit had been niticed by the stewards for intance) but he does have a bit of snide in him especially if frustated.

It's still the same as far as I know LL, if the ref says he saw it, but didn't see any foul play, then Aguero gets away with it.

I only saw the elbow from the vid you put up, did the ref see the incident.
