Looking back, 8 months is probably generous. Christmas/new year in his second season was where it really started to go pear shaped - anyway he's not here anymore thankfully.

We expected more but the people we did sign have been among our best players along with Rom which goes to show how bad Martinez had left the squad

Klopp is a complete and utter bell of a person , but also a very good manager who knows how to get the best out of his players.

So's Koeman and Pochettino just the other two went in and had time Pochettino had a whole season. Klopp has had 10months .

Koeman needs a couple of transfer windows and probably about 6 months to get rid of the malaise that Martinez allowed to set in. United still haven't fixed the transfer mess from Fergie's last season

That's where Guardiola's so lucky. They've been buying players to suit his style for about 2yrs. Even getting his favoured Barca bosses Begiristain and the other bloke.

Give them credit though, going forward they look great. Constant movement and getting people in dangerous positions. Klopp is showing his quality and if he gets their defence drilled they really could win the league within a few seasons.

No one is going to take you seriously when you exaggerate your points like that. We may not have enough, but to say that Williams and Gueye for under £20m combined aren't 'good signings' is laughable.

And we had a free kick which could have been given the other way and had a goal disallowed in our favour which was dubious. Luck happens everywhere, it's how you interpret it

We got 2 good signings. One poor one. And one very poor (stek).

Certainly no top signings. None which will make us challenge at the top.

People need to remember that Klopp has had nearly a year at Liverpool now, he didn't do any business in his first window (Jan 16) and believe it or not had a now dreaded positive net spend this summer. We are in the early stages of cleaning up the sizeable mess that Martinez left us in. For a start 7 games in and we have one of the best defensive records in the league.
