I bet their fans aren't happy either.
Sure. Just some folk post unremitting gloom.
Pretty sure if we win the league, some will pop up moaning that we probably wont win it next year.
I bet their fans aren't happy either.
The RS attack is but our defense is better.
Spurs are to a man better all over but individually not by miles.
Both teams work far harder.
It's all down to their scouting and how the club is setup. If they do well again this year and we tread water again it may cast doubt on koemans actual quality.
It's an interesting point about our defence and it may mean that we have more of a chance against the top sides if we maintain our batten down the hatches approach.Defensively we are better than the RS and on par with Spurs IMO. The saving grace is that the RS are a shambles at the back, and it doesn't look like that is going to change anytime soon.

yes...Swansea missed 3 sitters against themDefensively we are better than the RS and on par with Spurs IMO. The saving grace is that the RS are a shambles at the back, and it doesn't look like that is going to change anytime soon.
No different than when they almost won the league a few seasons ago.Defensively we are better than the RS and on par with Spurs IMO. The saving grace is that the RS are a shambles at the back, and it doesn't look like that is going to change anytime soon.

If we can get draws out of games away at Arsenal city the rs and manure that will kind of justify the setupHmmmm, lots of 1 nil wins...
Not sure. The teams that are getting the most joy at the moment are the ones who play with no target man and press high however those games could end in a thumping. It's an interesting point about our defence and it may mean that we have more of a chance against the top sides if we maintain our batten down the hatches approach.

On paper our primary starting XI isn't too shabby at all and you're correct that we miss that little bit of quality to act as the catalyst to our attacks.Actually while that's true it is down to work rate. To a man I don't think our first 11 is too far off although we are missing an Eriksen player.
The system looks like a joke against the likes of palace and Bournemouth as we cede territory unnecessarily but against the likes of the RS and City it may just work. Not sure. The teams that are getting the most joy at the moment are the ones who play with no target man and press high however those games could end in a thumping.
But we are a perfect counter attacking team so you never know.
Yea they aren't quite as extreme as then. Their attack isn't as good or defense as bad.Mirror image to this season, conceded a load of goals (50) that season, scored loads of (101) goals.

We simply don't seem to be able to convert our ability to actual performances on the pitch; the ruthlessness is gone and we too easily peter out.
