I mentioned this yesterday. Not sure if it's partly the board but they're flush, yet they seem so unwilling to actually spend the cash where needed.

They are incredibly frugal when all they need to do is splurge some cash on a forward and a centre back and they'd be in a real strong position.

I'd even be willing to overpay for some quality as it'll be worth it in the end - nope, let's plod on with Giroud and some kids.

In all honesty mate, arsenal are [Poor language removed]. A bit of off the ball running from.the RS and they've gone to bits

Their fans are going to explode after this, so they'll make one big name signing to placate them but won't actually get the people in they need to win a league
