Also remember that Bayern team that would press like crazy under Heynkes and Pep,well the RS got the fitness guy and also the nutritionist from Bayern this summer,no wonder they have such intensity and high energy in their play.

Fitness and diet plays a lot in the modern game to maintain that style of football week in week out.
