To be fair, we bossed them for the first 25 but didn't get a goal that we needed for the effort.

If we had of, could have changed the whole game.

Sucker punch. Stoke have been on the back foot for much of the opening to this game but when a real opportunity comes they seize it. Peter Crouch's header is blocked but the away side aren't letting it lie, reclaiming possession through Erik Pieters, who goes round the outside and crosses to the near post for Jonathan Walters to glance home a header. Simon Mignolet stuck out a hand but he wasn't strong enough.
Walters, an Everton fan, milks the moment in front of the Kop, much to the ire of the home fans.
