This is rich, apparently Barca are going to tattle on PSG for breaching Financial Fair Play if they sign Neymar. Of course they'll keep the 200 million plus pounds I suppose.

all it takes is one league title and you pick up so many new casual fans around the world.

tbf, arsenal and the RS have barely bought any players, we have over half a team of strangers atm, which will only increase. Man city have bought a hell of a lot, but they're all youngsters, have they featured much in their pre-season so far?
