You think Ronaldo's more disappointed about Portugal losing or the fact that he didn't get to run around with his shirt off?

saw it had gone to penos so tuned in. Lasted about 10 seconds, worst shootout ever! The commentary was abysmal from ITV, you're supposed to engross your audience but those two muppets were speaking as if they were at a funeral.... a bad funeral

In US Open Cup action, 2nd tier FC Cincinnati upset Chicago Fire, in PKs, with keeper Mitch Hildebrandt saving 3 PKs.

It was much deserved as a Fire Handball was missed at the death in regulation. And a Cincy goal in extra time was incorrectly ruled offside.

Felt like FA Cup Magic on US soil.

With a lack of relegation it's nice to see minnows get a chance at the big boys.

Mad how they can sell out 32,000 tickets and not even be an MLS team. Wouldn't most MLS teams kill for that kind of die hard fan base ? Does Cincinnati have a lot of ex pats like Seattle ?

Bloody good save that.

If your aren't NY or LA, MLS isn't expanding unless you build a stadium. Cincy is broke thanks to horrible stadium deals. There is a push to build a stadium in KY across the river but the Cincy FC fans aren't too keen about it because they like the current stadium and they like being in NASL.
