All our players are rubbish mate. Just read any non-Spurs forum. Dier, Alli, Rose all useless. Kane only became good after his third season of banging in 25 goals and Walker was rubbish until he joined Man City.

He is quite injury prone and maybe Poch thinks he's seen the best of him and they will cash in on him,that LB they got from Swansea has done alright for them in his absence.
On Deli Alli i read an article on him from Johnathan Wilson that he think he is vastly overrated,something along the lines of take his goals away he doesn't really do anything on a pitch, was quite scathing saying that for an attacking midfielder he doesn't dribble or have a killer pass.
In my defence of him a goal scoring central midfielder who hit 20 goals a season playing in the PL is pure gold.
