Yeah guess that's a fair interpretation, but for me the terrible Jones hasn't had the legs and has essentially turned his back and went for the legs with a last ditch lunge.

For me, there has to be a realistic chance that you could have got the ball and Jones never had any throughout his whole challenge.

he should get credit for tackling someone with his arse

That won’t be the last time Jones gets rinsed now he’s on a yellow.

Yep thank god — so much to look forward to

The thought of the RS winning the Champions League is actually made more bearable by the wonderful prospect of laughing at Eng-er-lund a few weeks later.

Mike Bassett is basically an unrealistically positive documentary at this point.

It's a very tough decision under the current rules. Wouldn't argue with the referee either way.

Shocking piece of defending by an experienced international defender tho.

Rashford's not doing too well.

United are set up to accommodate Lukaku, so when he's not there they look clueless as they have to play a different way.

Essentially it's the same problem we've had all season because we didn't replace him when he left. It's why I always advocate setting up as a team that can attack multiple ways rather than just one.

But I fully expect United's quality to adapt given players like Sanchez in the final third as the game goes on. My guess at this point is a 2-1 win either way.

Must suck to have so much loathing for your own country to actually not mind the RS winning the UCL.
