When he joined Liverpool, they did a fly on the wall documentary for some reason. In his first training session he had these envelopes that he said had the names of players he didnt reckon would be any good, or poor trainers, or sommet. Obvs there were no names, and it was a cringe fest example of David Brent management at its finest.

We have run with it ever since. Including the Brent/Rogers "who said what" game.

I think it'll be a decent fit tbh. He says some utterly cringey things, but that makes him seem a worse manager than he actually is. That RS team he nearly won the title with was rank, it wasn't just suarez doing it, as people say, he barely scored any big goals. Then their fans put too much pressure on them and the players bottled it.
