Too many bottlers in that citys time thats its Liverpools to lose sadly
Just read wes Morgan asking for a review because of how bad they are. He is so right though. I thought he could have done with one more warning, but he'd have got sent off sooner or later anyway. Why can't the PL grow some balls and bring it in now. I know it's partly unfair based on the games that have been, but it's mucker better to accept 8 games have been wrong and get 30 right than have all 38 being wrong.
Must've lost due to concussion, poor lad.Trent Alexander-Arnold revealed as chess enthusiast in five-minute defeat against world champion Magnus Carlsen
Trent Alexander-Arnold swapped a soccer field for a chess board when he took on the world champion.
It all ended pretty quickly.
The 20-year-old Liverpool defender lost to Carlsen in only 17 moves in a game that lasted five minutes on Monday.
"Although it may go down as a 1-0 loss, I will be practicing more and maybe there will be a rematch," Alexander-Arnold said.
The Liverpool player has played chess since he was a kid. "This whole experience has been an eye-opener, not only into just how much goes into becoming great at the game but also seeing the similarities between it and the sport I love, football," Alexander-Arnold said. "Football and chess can seem like polar sporting opposites, but there are so many similarities with the modern game."
17 moves and five minutes, Carlsen possibly the best player ever, but that's not particularly impressive.
Stick to football son.
What is it with Belgian players and international breaks?
It's seriously weird. I can't think of a single prominent player from that national team who hasn't done it at least a time or two.
Stoppage time winner for the RS. Nailed on.

I guess he counts although apparently when he left Hamburg for City he was fighting with the club over whether he was allowed to play in the Olympics. I don't think there is a single Belgian National Team player who doesn't have something dodgy about them.Kompany?

Cue loan movements.
