I think these days most clubs have a pre agreed pay off of no more than a years salary for the coach and staff

Honestly even if they had a good preseason and some stability with that squad....it's 8th at best.

There's no balance, not clinical, inexperience in key areas.

Whomever is in charge next season is gonna have to buy his own players.
