Because every time I've seen him play he passes to the opposition or loses the ball if it isnt a 2 yard pass he doesn't need to think about

I mean that sounds like old Barkley at Everton but is the complete of him this season. His ball retention skills are his best attribute hence why he’s played in this deeper role all season. There’s a reason he’s had raves reviews this season and it’s not because he gives the ball away and can’t do 2 yard passes.

It’s because he’s been genuinely great and is in the best form of his career.

Because if you’re rolling around like a clown and the game stops for you there should be a level of deterrence. Ever been poked in the eye? It’s uncomfortable but it’s not like you can’t carry on. And if you can’t, then you need to step off for treatment anyways

You can't have been properly poked in the eye if you wouldn't go down immediately. You just don't need 5 minutes (usually) on the sidelines.

Differentiate facial injuries from head injuries. Isn't complicated.
