Doesnt matter imo, he's good enough for the senior squad. His time will come but his performances have earned him a chance now.

McTominay and Mainoo are such a poor pair of midfielders when it comes to the defensive side. One pass and they're taken out of the game and they never bust a gut to get back in behind the ball.

Joke of a decision there for VAR. No angle could show anything decisive. They then took 10 minutes and rule out the goal. Farce.

If you can't see it on VAR in 3 minutes , you can't overrule anything.

They should be on a timer honestly. It clearly isn't a "clear and obvious error" if it takes 6 minutes to decide

Villa just need to be conscious that their levels don't drop during this run-in if they want a Champions League place. They look like they've just begun to stumble a bit.

He doesn't play ahead of Foden, Rice, or Bellingham though does he so he is better getting a few games experience then he will get a call up soon I would imagine.
