You can't just shove someone Matty.
I'm pretty sure that maguire did for man U In the cup game against Coventry. Both players running for the ball in the Man U box and the Coventry striker was going to win the race/have a shot on goal. Maguire just lent into him and barged him off the ball. All the commentators/pundits said 'Maguire used his strength/was just too strong for him' but there was no attempt to play the ball he just pushed him over. Why is one a foul and the other not. The media invent rules - 'that kick wasn't enough to make him fall over' (if the 'foul' is in the penalty box) - that don't exist but the say it enough times that the law makers have seemingly adopted these non-exisitent rules!

I noticed that the worst/weakest ref in the league was at it again yesterday. In the West Ham/RS game, the West Ham keeper was 'injured'/time wasting and threw the ball down. A RS player (Gapko?) raced to put the loose ball into the net and Anthony Taylor blew to stop the game due to the keeper's injury. Taylor is spineless. Can we stop all games now if any player gets a knock? Loose the ball in midfiled? Don't worry just say that you're injured and any counter attack will be stopped in its tracks. Played a loose pass across defence to let their striker in? Quck, clutch you hamstring. Taylor is utter garbage..............but i did enjoy his decision this time.

Why are certain media figures pushing the Southgate to Man United narrative so much?

As a “reward” for making England credible again?

“Well done Gareth, we’re no longer a joke anymore, you can manage one of the biggest clubs in the world for a bit”
