Completely disgusted and, if it was even possible anymore, disappointed with the way the upper folk at this club have managed this whole vacancy. They’ve shat on David Moyes from a great height, they’ve been duplicitous and cowardly, even by their own standards.

I’d never want anything but good things for my own and those on the pitch who represent a club I’ve been in love with since my grandad took me to the Boleyn at the tender age of 4, BUT if it all goes painfully tits up, as I am absolutely convinced this will, there will at least be a level of schadenfreude.

Lopetegui is a massively underwhelming “upgrade” and funnier still, a bloke with a track record of major falling outs with owners who wouldn’t fund his squad. Sounds like a great match for WHU already, doesn’t it?? Gonna work really well with Sully & co, come January 2025…

Avram Grant was treated with more respect and support than David Moyes. Despite the bloke winning us a trophy and coming back here even after they’d shat all over him.

Utter nonsense. The football has been unbearable . Moyes is a complete dinosaur , a relic from the past . Refers to ‘I’ when we win and ‘they’ when we lose . Failed to bring through youth , failed to get a tune out the likes of scamacca and Haller, sold benny and formals last window who he demoralised like so many others without any replacements, tedious low block that doesn’t work, no plan B , 70 goals conceded, 4 wins this year, nearly relegated last year, Kalvin Phillips , rude and incoherent.
Spent half a billion quid to end up with the smallest and oldest squad in the division
But..but the conference league lol
That said , not entirely happy with the replacement but he’s being put in as a ‘head coach’ and as long as Tim Steiden does indeed lead transfer policy then that should be good news

He’s not but Cottee has for a long time been one of the ‘be careful what you wish for’ brigade so I think he’s more upset that Moyes has gone rather than who’s coming in. I can’t particularly stand it and I don’t understand the lack of ambition.

But yes , Sullivan is a classless owner for sure and never gets things right including right now at the end of the road for Moyes.
That said , he’s given Moyes half a billion quid to spend on little ol ‘stay in your lane’ West Ham. I don’t think many neutrals looking in from the outside quite get that .

West Ham fans are delusional. They also don’t understand the concept of net spend.
 
Replacing Moyes with Lopetegeui is a mistake that the porn baron will live to regret.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them in or around the relegation places next season.
