What a great *product* the PL have...all the relegation places sorted out, CL places sorted out, and game like that where one team isn't trying and hand the title to Man City.
Nothing to play for, you know what that means for Sky… Klopp final game lovin at Anfield on the final day.

Very much Everton 2-3 Man City 2014 vibes this
I'll always remember the build up on Sky where Graeme Souness was telling all and sundry what a great club Everton was, how honest they were, blah, blah, while the camera panned to an Everton fan beaming delightedly wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with "It's not the winning that counts, but the taking part."

Poor old Graeme spluttered on gamely, but the die was case. Then that genius Ross Barkley scored a worldy to silence the stadium. Talk about not reading the room...

1987 saw us win our 9th title and City get relegated. They would have further relegations going as far down to the 3rd tier of English football. They were on 2 titles at that point.

It is absolutely scandalous that in 37 years we haven’t had a sniff of a title race whilst City are about to overtake our title haul with 8 in 12 years.

No blue on this planet could predict that Psycho Pat’s goal would be the last to bring a title to Goodison.

Can’t even blame oil money, we had 30 years prior to that to sort ourselves out.

Season's Over 😭

I’m pleased for city tbh. They are a fantastic side and Arsenal have been brilliant in keeping up with them so far, but it looks like City have done it. Of course it still all hangs on the last day, and we and Moyes still have our parts to play …..

As Salty as I can be, you just have to hold you're hands up to the side that Pep has built.

They're just such a Juggernaut in the closing stages of a title run in.

Been a Brilliant Season from us again, but falling at the last hurdle hurts, I mean we could still do it but I'll go into Sunday now in let's get ready for next season mood.
