Nah he’s a really good footballer who’s had a wayyyyy below par season which happily gifted us three points at Goodison this season

I've watched him closely for a few years now and he's always been prone to mistakes. He's lazy as well at times and strolls round instead of sprinting and reacting quickly to situations. Particularly when defending.

That Kieran Trippier is one overrated footballer.

I’ve been thinking the same thing for years. He’s always had a calamity in him since his spurs days. Looks for the safe/easy pass too often. Dithers too often. Passes backward too often.

Admittedly he can be dangerous at set pieces, but it baffles me when Southgate shoe-horns him into left-back in that England team.
