You say that, but Vincent Kompany got them relegated, due to wanting a limited bunch of players to play like Man City.
Parker got relegated with Fulham twice and when he did get promoted to the prem he had to do it via the playoffs
when he got bournemouth promoted, he finished behind his old club fulham
