Nothing to see, this is an accusation/charge - not a conviction, even in Spain. Nevermind that after 12 months of investigation no evidence has been produced to warrant a conviction. UEFA conducted their own separate investigation, closing it recently due to insufficient evidence to pursue

Note, all of this stems from Bartomeu & Rosell specifically
