I watched the first half (Gyokeres scored an incredible goal) it was a decent game, then the players obviously found out what had happened and refused to come out for the second half so I turned it off. Utterly shocking situation.

Yeah I think that sort of entitlement has been fostered by essentially turning supporters into customers

Supporters will show you some leeway, because they support you

A customer wants what they think they are paying for and will bite back if they don't get it
