Today's Football

Football and the add ons are an expensive non necessity, especially at this time of year, and during a recession.
We can't really point fingers at folks for not turning up every week, especially when they can watch it for free in the comfort of their own home or the pub.
It's 2010 after all.

Clubs should pay the players less wages, and slash the prices of the tickets for the fans if they want full houses every week.

If every club did it, the players would have to put up with it, and stop being the over paid under performing monkeys that they are all slowly becoming.

Wouldn't worry too much over it, we're expected to be wiped out by a meteor the size of Guildford in two years time, although I fail to see what damage that can do.

wage cap on all players most definitely should be done.

Only game I watched today was the Old Firm's 1-1 draw. FFS, if they're the best that league has to offer the rest must be a disgrace. The lack of creativity was astonishing. Two dire outfits huffing and puffing for 90 minutes. McGeady might be alright up there but he'd be devoured by full backs down here. I wouldn't take anyone on offer from up there. Shameful when you consider the talent they've produced in the past. :o
