well done chelsea. we can finish above spurs guys. never believed they would catch the RS. few more goals to go against their GD to make sure we're well ahead of them in that aspect wouldn't go amiss. atm we need to finish above one of spurs or man utd for europe, NEA, i'm hoping that happens over spurs finishing above liverpool.

Never mind 5th place.. or 6th place or whatever.. it's the gap at the top.

What's not to like here? Spurs pulled back within reach; Chelsea distancing themselves from Libpool's *guffaw* 'title charge'.

The fact we got bummed today Dave. Taking pleasure in other teams success doesn't help.

Sorry

No - and neither are Arsenal since you ask.. My Dad (84 years old) still hopes we'll do it before he leaves this mortal coil so we'd better get looking under the sofa for a few quid.

sad to say it, but he'll be left dissapointed :( i just want to relish any bit of success as i'm only 25.

The only tonic that perks me up after an Everton defeat is seeing that lot take a swift or cruel bumming.

Or a third party event that provides them with some misery.

I'm pretty desperate today so I'll take this.

Exactly. Chelsea losing and giving those belters more fuel would have been a terrible days footy. If Chelsea beat Villa away next week with Liverpool starting the day 10 points behind them, and they dont get all three points at United, this race is down to Jose and City.

it's already that if we're being brutally honest. yes arsenal and RS could still be in it with 2/3 games to go but these chelsea and city players have that mentality and experience of winning top league titles.

liverpool have no experience whatsoever, not even their manager and arsenal have a tad more, but crumble too easily under weighted pressure
