same, we had a great chance to qualify for champions league via the league but ballsed it up against palace. Couldnt care about the Europa its a load of crap. What competition allows teams to drop out of another tournament to compete in the LATTER stages of a tournament that a team has to slog through a gruelling 8-10 games to get to. So what if the winner gets Champions League, even if we did get to the champions league through that route we would probably get referee's finding a way to knock us out as they dont agree with five teams from the same nation competing.
 
Agree about the standard of refs this season but nothing will be done. We really should be trying to push cameras to be used to make decisions, this would benefit the likes of us and most refs always go in favour of the bigger club on the day.

You've got to wonder what good camera would do if the so-called "experts" are so one-eyed in their opinions. Just be more of the same [Poor language removed] after a disruptive delay. The press just gloss over it all because they are even more one-eyed.
 
Great work by Roberto who'll probably fulfil his goal of getting us to 71 points, which would be amazing. But Liverpool winning the league and everyone fawning over them for months to come - it just gets obliterated in that context.

It'll take until after the world cup to get this out of the system, at least.
 
At the start of the season would you have taken 4 points off 4th with 4 games to go??? I know its disappointing that we bottled it against palace, but that puts it into perspective.
