people seem to think he's not on the bench because it's a way of giggs sticking two fingers up to moyes - same as why mata is on the bench. moyes has obviously told him something he didn't like "i.e. you're too old to be playing for me" but this all seems a bit childish from giggs. not sure it'll be great for squad harmony, but no matter how bad fellaini has been, he's still way better than cleverley
 
I think people are too eager to say something has an ulterior motive in football. United have often played with two strikers and if Giggs wants to play two then dropping Mata and Fellaini makes sense, both are suited to a 4-5-1 system and have hardly set the world alight since moving to OT.

Fellaini not even on the bench, Cleverly and Fletcher in the squad

Can understand the Mata thing to a point but the Felly one is obvious
