we have to take some blame ourselves though.....losing to palace & Southampton took all the pressure off arsenal, they've ended up coasting to 4th spot after we played them off the park at Goodison

We're [Poor language removed] sometimes, You have to beat the small boys, look at Arsenal, battered by the big teams, but still came out with a CL place, its no good beating Man u and arsenal when you cant beat CP and Southampton.

losing to Palace (at home!) and giving TWO ogs to Soton, I would say we need to take more than 'some blame'. We are the architects of our own failing

Arsenal though - they did the heavy lifting before Christmas and early new year.

You have to say they were affected massively by Ramsey and Walcott injuries. They've done well reasserting themselves again.
But that's just not true. Ramsey and Walcott were never going to decide where we end up finishing. In fact, they never won us any games that we wouldn't have won without them.

Ramsey scored goals against Fenerbahce, Sunderland, Marseille, Swansea and Dortmund which would have otherwise ended as draws. There's 4 points there.

They are about to seal a CL spot and their fans are still silent. If that was Goodison or even WHL the place would be bouncing. [Poor language removed] I hate the Sky Four and their sense of entitlement.

Total BS.

Fenerbache, Sunderland, Marseille, Swansea were always going to lose against us, they had no chance whatsoever. And as for Dortmund, it's true that Ramsey scored the winning goal, but Ramsey cost us the home game against Dortmund, conveniently left that out? He didn't make a damned difference.

This was in my mind since last summer. I didn't want Wenger to start this current season's campaign, and when we were top of the league some fans were deluded enough to think we were in a title challenge. It's a sick game Wenger is playing, he's immoral. And how anyone could actually believe we had any chance of winning the title with our second-rate team is beyond belief.

You can sleep well knowing that Wenger will persist with Ramsey, Giroud, Walcott, Cazorla etc. next season, you might very well get 4th or United will.

lool at arsenal being a second rate team, you must be joking? you are NOT an arsenal fan.

their entitlement is probably half the problem....when we had 4th spot in our hands, we couldn't handle the pressure of it, was a new experience for our lads and we threw it away.....Arsenal players though, just weren't fazed. They're not capable of handling the pressure of winning a league, but pressure of 4th, childsplay.....

If we won against City and Arsenal drew against WBA and then we won against Hull and Arsenal drew against Norwich, we end up on the same points yeah? And if we both ended up on the same GD how is it decided who goes through, is it on results against each other? I know that's a million to one chance of happening but thought I would just out the question out there.

You don't half spurt rubbish. Ramsey was integral to you being top of the league for a while this season, I dare say you still might be closer to the top 3 than you are now if he'd of stayed fit.

*Accurate from 29th March. with Ramsey 66% win record. without 53.3

Loss with 16.6 Losses without 23

Don't be stupid, please don't do this yourself. Ramsey would have a much downgraded winning record if he was available for the game at Anfield, against Chelsea, Southampton away, City at home, Bayern at home, Bayern away, Stoke away etc.

It's total wishful thinking to pretend like Ramsey put us even a single position higher than what would have happened without him. Ramsey was there when when we drew against Everton at home, United away, smashed against Napoli away, smashed against City away, lost against Dortmund at home, Chelsea at home in CC.

Scoring goals against cannon fodder does NOT imply he was integral, we always beat [Poor language removed] and lose or draw against any half decent team. Ramsey is a squad player and the sooner we ship him out the better. We should bring in Koke ffs, somebody who actually knows how to play Central midfield and not wonder upfield day dreaming when we're being countered.

He is not even close to the likes of Reus, Mikhtaryan, Mata. They made him look clueless in midfield.

Edit: We should sell Ramsey to some sucker who will pay 24 mill for him and bring in Koke, somebody who can assert himself in big games.
